Zapekanka on muun muassa Ven\u00e4j\u00e4ll\u00e4 ja Virossa tarjottava rahkaj\u00e4lkiruoka. Oma versioni on tosin aika paljon muokattu j\u00e4tt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 pois rasvan, mannaryynit ja kuivahedelm\u00e4t. Lopputuloksena on melko terveellinen ja proteiinipitoinen herkku. Jos himoitset rahkapiirakkaa rahkat\u00e4ytteen vuoksi, niin t\u00e4m\u00e4 on todenn\u00e4k\u00f6isesti sinua varten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rahkaseos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 g   rahkaa<\/li><li>5 rkl     kreikkalaista jogurttia<\/li><li>2            munaa<\/li><li>3 rkl     sokeria<\/li><li>1 tl        vaniljasokeria<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pinnalle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ruokosokeria<\/li><li>kookossokeria<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Valmistus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Laita uuni l\u00e4mpenem\u00e4\u00e4n 200 asteeseen.<\/li><li>Sekoita rahka, jogurtti, kanamunat ja sokerit hyvin kesken\u00e4\u00e4n vispil\u00e4ll\u00e4.<\/li><li>Voitele korkeareunainen vuoka. Uunirahka nousee paiston aikana reippaasti ja l\u00e4ss\u00e4ht\u00e4\u00e4 uunista otettaessa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 on normaalia!<\/li><li>Kaada seos vuokaan.<\/li><li>Ripottele p\u00e4\u00e4lle sokerit. Sokerit voi my\u00f6s j\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 pois.<\/li><li>Laita uuniin noin 45 minuutiksi kunnes pinta on saanut v\u00e4ri\u00e4.<\/li><li>Annetaan j\u00e4\u00e4hty\u00e4.
